This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Kimmeridgian soil, where the ancient oyster fossil "Exogira Virgula" rests. Aromas of citrus and white flowers are harmoniously combined with a salty minerality. This refined white wine combines the pure fruitiness of biodynamic farming with the sharp acidity of the cool climate.

Tasting Notes
The appearance is pale greenish lemon yellow. The aroma is of citrus fruits such as lime and grapefruit, white flowers, and subtle herbs, followed by a flint aroma derived from Kimmeridgian and minerals reminiscent of iodine. The palate is characterized by a harmonious blend of sharp, firm acidity and rich fruitiness, with a long, salty finish. It is pure yet complex, making it a perfect companion to food.
