This 100% Pinot Noir is grown in the cooler vineyards of Grand Auxerrois. The vibrant aroma of red fruits harmonizes with delicate acidity, while the fine tannins create an elegant finish. Tasting Notes
The wine's bright ruby color exudes a youthful radiance. The aroma is dominated by fresh red fruits, particularly cherry and raspberry, with hints of violet, rose petals, and subtle spices and undergrowth. The palate has a supple attack, with the fruit spreading, and the delicate acidity typical of Pinot Noir tightens the overall flavor. The tannins are fine-grained, light yet with a solid structure, and the minerality lingers on the finish. This wine impresses with its clarity and purity, typical of a cool region.

It is an approximately 80m long layer of limestone and marl containing shells, and is mainly composed of red clay containing fossils.

Cultivation method: organic and biodynamic (ECOCERT and Demeter certified)
Average yield: 45hL/ha
