Located in one of the oldest vineyards in Pouilly-Fuisse, this wine is in a great terroir. Certified organic since 2020. Hand-picked and aged in oak barrels for 18 months. A variety of aromas, including minerals, almonds, hazelnuts, citrus, white fruits, lime, acacia, brioche and honey, create an elegant and attractive bouquet. It has a clean and fine taste with a salty and mineral taste, and a very long finish.
