This wine is a blend of grapes from all Barolo plots, with a particular emphasis on La Morra. It is perfectly balanced and can be enjoyed young. It is aged for 30 months in large 35hL barrels.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
Notes of dried rose petals, potpourri, raspberry, light sugar cane and brown sugar spread. Overall, it is very classical, with well-integrated tannins that gradually develop in structure. There are also hints of light spice and eucalyptus.

Pairing
Tagliatelle with eggs in lamb sausage sauce and summer truffles, grilled chicken breast with roasted tomatoes and crispy ham, stir-fried shredded beef and lychees

Technical Data

After harvest, the grapes are left to soak for 14 days in stainless steel tanks, fermented in stainless steel tanks, and then aged for 30 months in 70hL barrels (old barrels used four times).
