Grapes grown in clay-limestone soil are carefully extracted with low-temperature maceration, then fermented and aged for a short period of time. This results in a supple, mellow mouthfeel and rich fruitiness. Silky tannins and well-balanced acidity are in harmony, and the wine has a refreshing aftertaste. An elegant red wine typical of Provence bathed in sunlight.
