Cold pressing and low temperature fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks for a short period to preserve fruitiness and freshness. Pale color with a silvery shine. The pale, slightly salmon pink color is reminiscent of the light of Provence. The aroma of peach and apricot is accompanied by a subtle hint of lemon. When you put it in your mouth, its complexity fills your mouth, perfectly blending power and delicacy.
