気負わず開ける、プロヴァンスの赤。
粘土石灰質土壌のメルロー、グルナッシュ、シラーを低温マセラシオンで丁寧に抽出し、発酵と熟成は短い期間に留めました。そのぶん果実の風味はのびやかで、口当たりはしなやかでまろやか。タンニンはシルキーでエレガント、バランスの取れた酸味が爽やかな余韻へと導きます。陽光を浴びたプロヴァンスらしい一杯。ハーブを効かせたグリル肉やシャルキュトリの盛り合わせとともに、気軽に。
