手摘みで収穫。ブドウを房ごと直接圧搾。ステンレスタンクで発酵と熟成を行い、細かい澱と共に3ヶ月間熟成。シャルマ方式。繊細な泡立ち。果実の豊かな香り。フレッシュでフローラルな印象。白い果実や赤い果実のアロマが広がる。

Production

Hand-harvested grapes are sorted half in the vineyard and the other half in the cellar.
The grapes undergo direct pressing.
The must ferments in stainless steel tanks and aged on the lees for 14 months.
The secondary fermentation in the bottle is carried out as an Extra Brut.
