This dealcoholic wine is made from the cuvée "Rose d'une Nuits". The alcohol is extracted by vacuum distillation. It is evaporated at a low temperature of 35-40°C, which preserves the aroma without affecting the wine. It has a pale salmon pink color, grapefruit-like acidity and sweetness, and aromas of white peach and raspberry.
