Carefully selected plots. Hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard and cellar. Must fermented in barrels and stainless steel tanks, aged 5-6 months in oak barrels with stirring lees. Rich, complex and powerful aroma. Candied fruit, white fruit and subtle lemon aromas. Spicy and floral nuances with a slight roasted aroma. Finish with citrus notes typical of Vermentino.
