Carefully selected plots. Hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard and cellar. Must fermented in barrels and stainless steel tanks, aged 5-6 months in oak barrels with stirring lees. Rich, complex and powerful aroma. Candied fruit, white fruit and subtle lemon aromas. Spicy and floral nuances with a slight roasted aroma. Finish with citrus notes typical of Vermentino.

シャトー・ラ・コスト

【プロヴァンスの自然、ワイン、アートが融合する特別な地】 1682年以来、シャトー・ラ・コストはプロヴァンスの歴史を語り継いできました。敷地は約200haに渡り、プロヴァンスの風景の素晴らしさを体現しています。 畑はローマ時代に遡る農業とワイン栽培の伝統に彩られており、石畳の小道、乾石の壁、橋が随所に散りばめられています。ワインメーカーのレイモン・ヒメネスが、40年来ワインメイキングに携わり、シャトーの伝統を体現し続けています。 彼は1960年代に祖父がワイン醸造家であった間、ラ・コストの土地で育ちました。2002年にシャトー・ラ・コストに移って間もなく、パトリック・マッキレンもここでのワイン造りに専念することに決めました。その後2009年にはオーガニック認証を取得しました。 プロヴァンスの歴史的都市エク・サン・プロヴァンスとリュベロン国立公園の間に位置し、畑はワイン、芸術、建築が調和しています。プロヴァンス地方を代表するこのシャトーは、500haという広大な敷地に広がっています。 シャトー・ラ・コストは、ワインの世界での名声だけでなく、現代アートへの取り組みでも知られています。敷地内には、印象的なモダンとコンテンポラリーのアート・コレクションが点在し、自然、ワイン、人間の創造性の調和したつながりを生み出しています。記念碑的な彫刻から芸術的な作品まで、地所内の隅々まで芸術が広がっています。シャトー内ではまた、レストランで特別な食事もお楽しみいただけます。
