It has a complex and wonderfully elegant bouquet aroma with notes of grilled aromas, marmalade, orange peel, ripe mango, mirabelle, cinnamon, and jasmine. In addition to citrus, it features the vibrant herbs of Sauvignon Blanc, with a fine and ample richness, and a rich, well-balanced character.

It goes well with poultry, white meat, white fish, fried goose foie gras and cheeses (Mont d'Or, Epoisses, Langlais, Soumentran).
