Golden honey in color. The nose is rich, a little buttery and brioche-like with hints of fresh citrus. The mouth is full-bodied and has great freshness.

Technical Data

A carefully selected plot of old trees
The grapes are hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar.
Whole bunch fermentation, grape deactivation, wild yeast
Fermented and stirred in barrels at low temperature
Aged 8 to 10 months in new and one-year-old barrels
Finally, it is blended and bottled.
