The cool climate of the north-facing vineyards and Jurassic white marl soil produce delicate fruit and a sharp minerality. Hand-selected grapes, fermented with natural yeast and then malolactic fermented, create a fresh and rich flavor. The aromas of citrus and white flowers, the smooth texture, and the long finish speak volumes about the terroir.

Tasting notes
Its appearance is a pale golden glow, and the aroma offers nuances of white flowers, ripe citrus fruits, and herbs, with a subtle hint of minerals and flint adding depth.
In the mouth, the smooth and rich texture of this wine is accompanied by the fruity flavors of white peach and grapefruit, and the sharp minerality of the Kimmeridgian soil and well-balanced acidity tighten the wine. The finish is delicate and long, firmly conveying the finesse and unique character of the terroir.
