100% Pinot Noir from Grand Cru Verzenay. This village on the north side of the Montagne de Reims has always been one of the top producers of Louis Roederer's Cristal and Bollinger's Grand Danay. Expressing sharpness, precision and minerality to create the most exquisite wines in the Champagne region.

Tasting notes
Blanc de Noir made from 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of fresh red fruit, energy, ripe pear, citrus and plum, hazelnut, marzipan, hints of spice and delicate floral notes. It has great freshness and a hint of acidity. A very pleasant finish with a toasty aroma and minerality.
Dosage 2.5g/l

It has a long aftertaste and is perfect with hearty meals.
