Blanc de Noir made from 100% Pinot Noir. Aromas of fresh red fruit, energy, ripe pear, citrus and plum, hazelnut, marzipan, hints of spice and delicate floral notes. It has great freshness and a hint of acidity. A very pleasant finish with a toasty aroma and minerality. Dosage 2.5g/l
