This wine is made from grapes from a single plot in Rilly-LaMontagne. This Pinot Noir is full of fruit flavor, and the classic bitterness of the limestone soil of Rilly is appealing.

Tasting Notes
Aromas of ripe peach, citrus, nuts and marzipan. It has a spicy and chalky taste with a long aftertaste.

Technical Data

Uses wild yeast. Fermented in 228L and 500L barrels, then aged on lees for 48 months. Malolactic fermentation. Non-filtered and extremely small dosage (2.5g/l)
