This wine is from a terroir in the Valdobbiadene DOCG region, with a variety of vineyard types and varying depths. Harvested in mid-September, the grapes are gently pressed. Maceration is carried out at low temperatures. Fermented using the Charmat method for 40 days. It has a soft yellow color. Typical floral aromas of acacia and wisteria, with hints of honey and banana. The strong acidity gives it freshness, and the bubbles in the mouth are velvety and silky.
