月下香が香る、ヴェネトのシャルドネ。
9月下旬に収穫したブドウを優しく圧搾し、果汁を低温に保ってクリオマセレーションを行い、香りを引き出しています。瓶詰め前に数か月間ステンレスタンクで熟成させ、その後さらに瓶内で熟成。麦わら色に黄金の反射が美しい色調から、ゴールデンアップルやチューベローズ（月下香）を思わせる繊細な香りが立ちのぼります。複雑で調和のとれた味わい。野菜や魚介の前菜、ハーブのリゾット、軽めの魚料理とともに。
Tasting note
A beautiful straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The elegant and delicate scent is reminiscent of golden apple and tuberose. Complex and well-balanced on the palate, with an outstanding bouquet and unique aromas.

The harvest takes place in late September. The grapes are gently pressed and the juice is cryomacerated at a low temperature to extract the aromas. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for several months before bottling, and then further bottle aging continues. It has an elegant, delicate aroma reminiscent of golden apples and tuberose flowers. It has a complex and harmonious taste.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
