Intense ruby red with garnet sparkles. Rich and complex aromas of various small fruits, especially raspberries, with hints of leather, herbs, pepper and other spices.

Technical Data

Two different clones of Cabernet Sauvignon were vinified together. Fermented in cement tanks. Aged for 6 months in barriques (1/3 of the barrels are new, the rest have been used 2-3 times). Aged for 3 months in bottle.
