The aroma is rich, with hints of honeyed pear, peach, and white flowers, as well as the fragrant aroma of toasted bread with butter.
It is creamy in the mouth and has a light finish.

Production

Cultivation

Located close to the Rhône River, the Mediterranean Sea and several lagoons, the vineyards benefit greatly from a Mediterranean climate.
The soil is composed of Villafrancian cobbles (gale-loulés) typical of the region.

Winemaking

Aged for one year on lees in a 300L Burgundy barrel made by Chassin.
