This wine, made from grapes grown in the abundant sunshine and cool breezes of southern France, boasts a fruity flavor and pleasant drinkability. The fresh aroma of berries is complemented by a hint of spice, and the whole-cluster fermentation results in a pure, clear flavor. The tannins are soft and the mouthfeel is very smooth. Tasting Notes
When poured into a glass, it has a deep ruby color.
The aroma is a blend of fresh red fruits such as raspberries, wild strawberries, and griottes, layered with spices from Grenache and dried herbs typical of Cinsault.
Additionally, rosehip, white pepper, and a subtle sandstone minerality add depth.
The smooth texture spreads from the attack in the mouth, with supple fruitiness at the center and elegant acidity tightening the overall flavor.
The tannins are fine-grained and well-integrated, and the roundness and softness of egg tank aging are apparent. The finish is long, with a lingering aftertaste of fresh red currant and a slight saltiness, creating a harmonious style that pairs well with food.

Cultivation

The vineyards are close to the Etang Lakes and the Rhône River and benefit from a typical Mediterranean climate.
The soil is composed of Villafrancian cobbles (gale-loulés) typical of this region.

Aged for one year on the lees and in sandstone egg tanks.
