Pale lemon-yellow in appearance.
A gentle aroma of white flowers, pear, and yellow peach spreads, along with hints of citrus zest and hazelnut. Technical Data

By aging it with the lees of the 2020 Domaine's wine, Emmanuel was able to control the yeast, giving it the Guyot Bleu style. The wooden barrels used were made by craftsmen at Mercurey.
