Viticulture
The vineyard is located on terraces overlooking the Camargue and the Mediterranean Sea, enjoying a privileged Mediterranean climate.
The soil is covered with pebbles typical of the Villafranchian period.

Vinification
All grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks, with whole bunch fermentation. Aging is done in egg-shaped ceramic vessels.
