This new plot was left abandoned since the phylloxera crisis, and was cleared in 2009, and replanted in 2011. It has a pure and elegant taste, with hints of grape flowers and almonds. It has a strong citrus aroma, and a viscous mouthfeel with a pleasant herbal aroma with a delicate hint of vanilla.

Tasting Notes
A brilliant golden yellow with a firm, viscous feel in the glass.
The aroma is fresh yet deep. In addition to the fruity scent of ripe pear, apple, and melon, there are also hints of acacia flowers and hazelnuts. There is also a hint of vanilla and toast from oak barrel aging.
In the mouth, it has a rich, firm structure and a prominent minerality. Along with the rich fruitiness, the refreshing acidity of lemon and grapefruit spreads pleasantly. The oak nuances balanced by aging add depth to the flavor, and the finish is lightly salty and has a hint of spice.
