Tasting notes
A bright pale yellow color. Aromas of citrus, fresh grapefruit, almonds and sweet spices. A finely balanced taste with hints of white flowers and freshness.

Sushi, grilled fish, and seafood plates

Production

After destemming, the grapes undergo a very short maceration. The juice is clarified at low temperatures and then fermented at 15–18°C to enhance the fruity aromas. The wine is aged in tanks and bottled in the spring.
