Soil: Calcareous clay, hilly gravel soil
We implement a comprehensive approach to environmental conservation, including sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, and CO₂ emissions reduction.

Vinification
Each grape variety and terroir is vinified separately. The grapes are harvested at night to preserve freshness, and after destemming, they are either subjected to a short skin-to-skin maceration or direct pressing. Fermentation temperatures are kept between 15°C and 18°C to maximize the fruit aromas.
After fermentation, the wines from different terroirs and grapes are blended and aged in stainless steel tanks before bottling in the winter and spring.
