Production

Cultivation
Terroir: Composed of black volcanic soils and small galles-reulets (cobbles) from Villafrancien.

Winemaking
The grapes from each variety and each plot are vinified individually to the same strict standards as our regular wines.
The blended wines are then dealcoholized by vacuum evaporation.
This method is the gentlest way to preserve the quality of the wine without compromising its individuality.
This exquisite balance makes it one of the lowest sugar and non-alcoholic wines on the market.
