The grapes were harvested late and macerated for a day under controlled temperature. They were then slowly pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. 20% of the total was aged in 3hL oak barrels from Slavonia. Frequent batonnage allowed the umami elements to blend into the wine over time. This cuvée has an overall umami and saltiness.

Tasting Comments

Tasting Notes
Bright straw yellow in colour. The nose is harmonious with the aroma of wood, with tropical fruits, mandarin oranges and citrus pulp and sourness. There are also hints of spicy smoke, toasted nuts and rosemary. The palate is still fresh, but with a savoury, salty flavour. The long finish has a chalky nuance.
