銅色を帯びた金の、コッリオのピノ・グリ。
除梗した果汁と果肉を低温で醸したのち、やさしく圧搾。15%をオーク樽、85%をステンレスタンクで発酵させ、8か月を澱とともに、さらに数か月を瓶内で過ごします。金色に銅のニュアンスが混じる色合いから、リンゴや洋梨といった白い果実の香りとアカシアの花が立ち上がります。エレガントで豊かなボディに、酸味と塩気の心地よいバランス。シーフードの前菜やリゾットと。
Tasting note
The color is golden with hints of copper. It has a strong aroma of white fruits such as apples and pears, and also a hint of acacia flowers. In the mouth, it is elegant and fruity, with a rich and firm body, a pleasant balance of acidity and saltiness, and a long, lingering finish.

After destemming, the juice and pulp are macerated at low temperature and then gently pressed. 15% of the juice is fermented in oak barrels, and the remaining 85% is fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is aged on the lees for 8 months, and then aged in bottle for several more months. Elegant, fruity, and full-bodied, it has a pleasant balance of acidity and saltiness, and a long, lingering finish.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
