Collio Friulano 2023 Russiz Superiore
野の花とカモミール、コッリオの土着白。
除梗後に低温で冷却マセラシオンを行い、やさしく圧搾。果汁の15%をオーク樽、85%をステンレスタンクで発酵させ、澱とともに8か月、さらに数か月の瓶熟成を重ねます。淡い黄色に緑のニュアンスを帯びた色調で、野生の花やアーモンドの花、サンザシ、カモミールの香りが力強く広がります。しっかりとした味わいで、ボディと酸のバランスが心地よく、食前酒から甲殻類やグリルした魚まで。
Tasting note
Pale yellow with hints of green. The aroma is strong, with notes of wildflowers, almond blossom, hawthorn, and chamomile. The palate is full-bodied and captivating, with a pleasant balance of body and acidity.

After destemming, the juice and pulp are subjected to cold maceration at low temperatures and then gently pressed. 15% of the juice is fermented in oak barrels, while the remaining 85% is fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is aged on the lees for eight months, followed by several more months in bottle. The palate is full-bodied and captivating, with a pleasant balance of body and acidity. A perfect pairing with seafood appetizers and shellfish.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
