Tasting notes
It has a greenish pale straw color. The charming bouquet of melon and meadow flowers intertwines with fresh notes of lime, pineapple peel, passion fruit, and hints of white spices. There is a good balance of fresh, natural acidity and prominent fruitiness. The juicy fruit flavors and long finish add to its deliciousness and approachability.

Pairing
It pairs perfectly with seafood, salads, and spicy dishes, enhancing citrus or garlic-based sauces. It also complements goat cheese and feta cheese exceptionally well.

Production

The grapes are gently pressed, separating free-run juice from hard press. To create the most aromatic wine possible, a long, low-temperature alcoholic fermentation is carried out, which is stopped before malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged on fine lees to develop texture. It is bottled without fining, with only sterile filtration performed before bottling.
