Tasting note

Pale straw color with a green tinge. A lovely bouquet of melon and meadow flowers mingle with hints of fresh lime, pineapple zest, passion fruit and white spice. Good balance between fresh, natural acidity and fruit flavors. Juicy fruit flavors and a long aftertaste add deliciousness and familiarity.

Food pairing

A perfect accompaniment to seafood, salads and spicy recipes, complementing citrus and garlic-based sauces. Goes great with goat cheese or feta cheese.

Winemaking & technical data

Press gently and divide from free run to hard press. To make the wine as aromatic as possible, it undergoes a long alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures, stopping before the malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged on fine lees for texture. No fining, only sterile filtration before bottling.
