The firm acidity supports the dense and attractive flavor, leading to a long and elegant finish.

Production

Made from hand-picked fruit from a single vineyard in the Wairau valley.
After whole bunch pressing, the wine is chilled overnight and then aged in oak barrels and stainless steel tanks with wild yeasts.
Partial fermentation. Aged for 10 months on lees in French oak (20% new barrels) and foudres.
Blended and bottled.
