Tasting Notes
Pale golden color. Complex aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle and flint. On the palate, notes of pink grapefruit, apple, and white stone fruit follow. A structure with concentrated fruit flavor, firm and bright acidity, and orange peel on the finish.

Perfect pairing with spicy dishes. Pairs perfectly with strong Asian spices. Perfect pairing with spiced grilled duck.

Technical Data

The first certified organic wine in the Nuala series. Hand-picked harvest. Fermented at a low temperature (15℃), the sugar content is controlled at 9g/L to balance the strong acidity typical of Central Otago. No fining. Bio-certified.
