Tasting notes
Ruby red color.
Rich and complex bouquet of vanilla and red fruit aromas.
Sweetness and spice from the wood barrels. Smooth at first, then firm with tannins. Excellent aging potential.

Pairing

Production

The grapes are gently pressed and then macerated with the skins for 20-25 days at controlled temperature. The wine is aged for 15-18 months in small French barrels (20% new) and bottled unfiltered.
