20日を超える醸しが生む、絹のタンニン。
名高い区画のネッビオーロを、果皮とともに20〜25日間じっくりと醸したバルバレスコです。新樽比率15%のバリックとトノーで12〜15か月熟成させました。ルビー色のグラスからは、バニラや赤い果実を思わせる豊かで複雑な香り、木樽由来の甘やかなスパイスが立ちのぼります。口当たりは滑らかで、しっかりとしたタンニンがフルボディを支えながらも当たりは穏やか。今の心地よさと、この先の熟成の両方を愉しめます。
Tasting note
It is ruby in color and has a rich and complex aroma reminiscent of vanilla and red fruits. You can also feel the sweet and spicy elements from the wooden barrels. It has a smooth mouthfeel, firm tannins, and has the potential for aging.

From a renowned plot of land with exceptional value. Gentle pressing and maceration with the skins for approximately 20-25 days at a maximum of 30°C. Aged for 12-15 months in barriques and tonneaux, 15% of which is new. Full-bodied with delicate, silky tannins, this wine is easy to drink and pleasant to drink.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
