From a renowned plot of land with exceptional value. Gentle pressing and maceration with the skins for approximately 20-25 days at a maximum of 30°C. Aged for 12-15 months in barriques and tonneaux, 15% of which is new. Full-bodied with delicate, silky tannins, this wine is easy to drink and pleasant to drink.

Tasting Notes
It is ruby in color and has a rich and complex aroma reminiscent of vanilla and red fruits. You can also feel the sweet and spicy elements from the wooden barrels. It has a smooth mouthfeel, firm tannins, and has the potential for aging.

After gentle pressing, the grapes are left to macerate with the skins for 20-25 days in temperature-controlled conditions, then aged for 15-18 months in small French barrels (20% new). The wine is bottled unfiltered.
