This cuvée is made using only Meunier grapes grown in four selected communes in the heart of the Marne Valley, and is unique in its vinification process. 100% fermented in oak barrels used for 1-2 years by producers in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet. It is then aged for 10 months in the same barrels. It has an excellent balance of pleasant freshness and luxury.

Tasting Notes
Beautiful cherry red color with ruby sparkles.
A complex and elegant nose with aromas of red and black fruits.
There is a slight hint of forest undergrowth, and the spicy aroma from the barrels is also distinctive.
In the mouth, it has a rich and complex taste. It has a firm structure and a well-balanced finish. The aftertaste of blackcurrant and griotte cherries lingers for a long time.
