A wonderful wine that serves as a model for the Languedoc region. It has complex aromas of ripe Red and black fruits, leather, and rich, flavorful spicy notes with herbs from the garrigue. The balance of acidity is excellent.

Tasting notes
A powerful aroma: Complex with hints of leather and burnt wood, it showcases prominent notes of black fruits, fresh bread, brush, and exotic spices. The fruit nuances develop further in the air. The mouthfeel is very concentrated, packed with aromas of spices and roasted fruits. The juicy acidity and rich tannin levels of this wine are outstanding. It is young but has a lot of potential.

Production

The process of removing the grape stems. Each variety is vinified separately. Natural yeast is used, and the fermentation takes place over an extended period of 35 days in stainless steel tanks, allowing the liquid to soak and soften. The wine is then aged for 24 months in Burgundy wooden barrels.
