This white wine is made from grapes grown in the highlands of Languedoc, meticulously tending each individual vine and soil. Tasting Notes
The fruitiness of ripe white peach and apricot from Roussanne and Marsanne is layered with the gorgeous aroma of white flowers and apricot from Viognier.

When you put it in your mouth, a rich, rounded flavor spreads, balanced by minerals and just the right amount of acidity.

The aftertaste is complex, reminiscent of nuts and butter, giving the impression of elegance typical of a white wine that combines delicacy and power.

Technical Data

The grapes are hand-picked by variety and plot, then destemmed and crushed by variety and plot.

The grapes are then pressed directly, but kept separate by plot, and then mixed before fermentation.

Fermentation and ageing take place in old Burgundy barrels, in which prestigious wines have been aged, for 12 months.
