Cultivation

The commune of Rommery in the Vallée de la Marne.
The soil is made up of chalk and is covered by a layer of clay and limestone.
It is characterized by its rich mineral content.

Winemaking

Traditional Champagne method involving malolactic fermentation.

Dosage: 7g/L - Made with liqueur made from wine fermented and aged in barrels for one year.

The bottles are aged in the cellar for a minimum of 2-3 years before disgorgement.
