Dosage: 5g/L. This cuvée is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from two select Grand Cru vineyards. Two-thirds of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and aged for 10 months in the same barrels. These barrels were used by producers in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, and Chassagne-Montrachet for one to two years. The remaining one-third is vinified and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The taste is rich and refreshing, with a balanced and pleasant finish.

Tasting Notes
It is refreshing and mineral, with a hint of toasted brioche. Its pale golden color is complemented by fine bubbles.

 Scallop carpaccio with lemon and herb dressing, white fish meunière with burnt butter sauce, fresh cheese and herb salad

Technical Data

Two-thirds of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and aged for 10 months in the same barrels.

Burgundy producers in Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet have used it for 1-2 years.

The remaining third is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The wines made using these two brewing methods are blended together.
