This cuvée is made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes from two select Grand Cru vineyards. Two-thirds of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and aged for 10 months in the same barrels. These barrels were used by producers in Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet for one to two years. The remaining third is vinified and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The taste is rich and refreshing, with a well-balanced and pleasant aftertaste.

Tasting notes
The effervescence is intense, producing a large layer of bubbles that spreads across the surface of the wine.
The colour is a beautiful straw golden yellow, clear and shiny.

The initial impression is an expressive nose that combines elegance with aromatic complexity.
When exposed to air, the aroma of exotic fruit spreads.
All of this is accompanied by a pleasant vanilla scent.
At the end you can sense a hint of roasted aroma and dried fruit.

On the palate, the attack is rich, underpinned by beautiful freshness.
In addition to its warm flavor,
Subtle hints of eucalyptus complete the aromatic bouquet detected on the nose.
The aftertaste is well balanced and leaves a pleasant freshness.
It ends with a perfect balance of freshness and satisfaction.

Pairing
Sea bass carpaccio cooked in aged balsamic vinegar, beetroot and mustard cream Linguine with lightly smoked langoustine and green pea emulsion

Production

Two-thirds of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and aged for 10 months in the same barrels.

Burgundy producers in Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet have used it for 1-2 years.

The remaining third is fermented and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

The wines made using these two brewing methods are blended together.
