Only Meunier grapes from four selected communes in the heart of the Marne Valley are used. Two-thirds of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and aged for 10 months in the same barrels. These barrels were used by producers of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne-Montrachet for one to two years. The remaining third is vinified and aged in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine has flavors of toasted almonds and baked goods.

When you put it in your mouth, the first thing you notice is the freshness, but there is a delicate balance with the ripeness.
Next comes the fragrant notes of toasted almonds.
It adds a flavor reminiscent of baked goods, giving it a luxurious impression.
The finish brings back fresh acidity, leading to a lovely lingering aftertaste.
