Combining innovative and traditional distillation techniques, this whisky blends spirits distilled under reduced pressure and those aged in copper pot stills. Aged for over 18 months in cherry and oak barrels, it develops a deep amber color and rich aroma. It boasts a fragrant aroma of fruit, flowers, and spices, a silky, rounded taste, and a long, spicy finish.

Tasting Notes
This high-quality grappa boasts aromas of fruit, flowers, and spices, along with nuances of honey, vanilla, and tobacco, leading to a delicate and pleasant finish.
It has a clear amber color and is transparent, with no cloudiness or floating particles whatsoever.

Pairing
It's best served in a balloon glass at approximately 16°C. It pairs well with dark chocolate containing 80% or more cocoa, and with cigars that have a moderate aroma.

Technical Data

This sake is a skillful blend of raw spirits distilled using a continuous still capable of reduced-pressure distillation and raw spirits slowly distilled in a copper pot still heated in a water bath.

Aged for a minimum of 18 months in oak and cherry wood barriques.
