Priol means "pioneer." The name comes from the fact that Bortolomiol was the first to produce Brut Prosecco. The aroma has a very strong fruity nuance, with sharp green apple and citrus notes standing out. The flavor spreads swiftly in the mouth, and you can feel both vitality and dryness at the same time.
