ニュージーランド南島・セントラル・オタゴから届いたリースリング100%。淡い黄金色から、ジャスミンやスイカズラ、火打ち石を思わせる複雑な香りが立ちのぼります。口に含むとピンクグレープフルーツやリンゴ、白い核果が続き、凝縮した果実味を張りのある鮮やかな酸が引き締めます。フィニッシュにはオレンジピール。食前酒に、またスパイスを効かせた鴨肉のグリルとともに。

Tasting note
Pale golden color. Complex aromas of jasmine, honeysuckle and flint. On the palate, notes of pink grapefruit, apple, and white stone fruit follow. A structure with concentrated fruit flavor, firm and bright acidity, and orange peel on the finish.
