This wine is born from Chardonnay grapes grown in multiple plots around the village of La Roche-Vineuse in the Mâconnais region, where limestone soil is mixed with clay and flint. The juice, gently pressed with a pneumatic press, is slowly fermented with natural yeasts and aged on its lees for 10 months. It offers aromas of citrus, white flowers, and ripe pear, accented by flint-like minerality. The pleasant balance of rich fruitiness and fresh acidity makes this a white wine that combines approachability with a sophisticated taste, suitable for everything from everyday meals to special occasions.

Terroir: Multiple plots around La Roche Vineuse. Soil is a mix of limestone, clay, loam, and flint.

Winemaking
Slow and gentle pressing with a pneumatic press. Slow fermentation with natural yeasts is carried out in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged on lees for 10 months, with minimal intervention. Light filtration and a small amount of sulfites are added to maintain stability and freshness.
