赤い果実が軽やかに弾む、万能ピノ。
7〜10日間の発酵ののち、温度管理されたステンレスタンクでさらに発酵させ、マロラクティック発酵は自然に進行。6〜8か月の熟成を経て、瓶詰め前に一度だけ軽く濾過しています。苺やラズベリーといった赤い果実のフレッシュな香りに、軽やかなスパイス感とソフトなタンニンが加わり、心地よいバランスを描きます。食前酒として単体でも、ローストした鶏やラザニアとともにも。
Tasting note
Fresh, strawberry, raspberry and other red fruit aromas are complemented by light spice and soft tannins, creating a versatile and wonderful Pinot Noir wine.
Food pairing
It can be enjoyed alone as an aperitif or with roast veal, rabbit, chicken, lentils and cured pork. It also goes well with lasagna and bolognese sauce.

The fermentation period is 7-10 days, followed by further fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation proceeds naturally. The aging period is 6-8 months. Long-term stabilization is carried out with moderate cooling, and clarification is carried out as needed. The wine is lightly filtered just once before bottling. The fresh aroma of red fruits such as strawberries and raspberries is well-balanced by a light spice and soft tannins.

Conditions and time limits
Because these are beverages, we are generally unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of personal preference. Please order with care.
Even with chilled delivery, a rapid change in temperature can cause slight seepage. This does not affect the quality of the wine, and we are unable to offer an exchange or refund in such cases. Every bottle is visually checked before packing.
Where the fault is ours, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
We are unable to help after that period, so thank you for your understanding.
Return postage
Where the fault is ours — a faulty bottle or the wrong item — we cover the cost of return. Returns and exchanges for reasons of personal preference are not accepted.
Faulty items
If anything arrives faulty, we will replace it with a new bottle or an equivalent, subject to availability.
Please contact us by email or telephone within 7 days of delivery. We are unable to accept requests after that period.
Refunds for events
Full refund
If an event is cancelled by the organiser, or cannot be held because of a natural disaster or other unforeseen circumstance, we refund in full.
No refund
For cancellations by the customer, we refund in full up to 3 days before the event; after that, no refund is available.
