Tasting note

In addition to the gorgeous and fragrant floral aroma, you can feel the flavor of cassis, dark cherry, black plum, and dried herbs. Peppery oak and fruit-derived tannins suggest the potential for aging. Excellent texture, with fine tannins forming the structure.

Winemaking & technical data

The grapes are harvested by plot (clone) based on flavor and skin ripeness.
Each clone is fermented separately with wild yeasts and part whole bunches after a cold soak to enhance color and aroma extraction.
The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, blended and bottled unfiltered.
Aging: 20% new barrels (French oak)
Malolactic fermentation: 100%
