Whole-cluster fermentation is carried out in small wooden fermentation tanks maintained at 28°C, with manual punching down.

Aging
The wine is aged for 18 months on the lees in French oak barrels (60% new) made in the chateau's own cooperage. The wine is racked only once, and the aging is adjusted according to the wine.
