Colour: Deep ruby red with a hint of garnet on the rim.
Aroma: Concentrated aromas of black fruits such as blackberry and cassis, layered with subtle hints of vanilla and toast due to aging, and subtle nuances of spices and herbs.
Taste: Smooth and elegant on the palate. Rich fruit and supple tannins are in harmony, with the acidity tightening the overall flavor. From the mid-palate to the finish, oak nuances and a mineral feel linger for a long time.

Brewing methodAfter hand-picking, the grapes are destemmed and sorted, then fermented in wooden tanks at 28°C. Extraction is done by manual punching (pushing the cap in).
