This white wine is made from hand-picked, selected grapes, carefully fermented and aged in French oak barrels, resulting in a delicate yet rich aroma. The fruity aroma of citrus and white peach is layered with subtle minerality and herbal nuances, and on the palate, the sharp acidity and creamy texture harmonize. The elegant minerality lingers on the finish, revealing its true value when enjoyed with food. It pairs perfectly with seafood and white fish dishes, as well as rich chicken dishes and cream sauces.

Tasting Notes
A brilliant pale gold in color. The aroma that rises from the glass is a complex blend of fresh fruit aromas of citrus fruits and white peach, layered with nuances of white flowers and slightly toasted almonds. On the palate, sharp acidity and a refined minerality are immediately apparent, enveloping the entire wine with a creamy texture. From the mid-palate to the finish, the aromas of grapefruit and white flowers gracefully linger, leaving an impression with a well-balanced structure and elegant, long finish. Enjoyable now, this wine will develop even greater depth and complexity with around 10 years of aging.
